Description
I love jazz music especially the bass instrument. This is a painting of one of my favorite bassist, Marcus Miller doing what he does best. In this painting I wanted to create a sense of being mellow and calm with little bit of intensity. If you've ever heard Marcus play, he can invoke all those emotions while playing his music. I normally use a majority if not all palette knife techniques in my artwork but on this painting, I chose to use combination of both palette knife and brush techniques.
