In this abstract painting titled Majesty the inspiration came from thinking of God sitting on His throne. No one can say what God truly looks like or at least I can't say because I have never seen Him. I believe in what has been said about Him in scripture. in this painting Majesty it's my attempt a descriptive painting of Him on His throne.
About Lewis Bowman
I was born in Fort Worth, TX. At the early age of seven I realized I had a GOD given ability to draw. I have never received any formal training, I just have a natural ability to draw. After high school, I received an education in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Dallas were I earned an Associates Degree. I've worked in different segments of the graphics arts industry for many years. My experience ranges from graphic design to computer animation. But my true love is fine art.
