Hay Rolls in pastures can be seen all over the state of Texas. The inspiration for this painting came basically from memory. This “Hay Roll” painting was completed with palette knife using small paint strokes in a style of impressionism.
I was born in Fort Worth, TX. At the early age of seven I realized I had a GOD given ability to draw. I have never received any formal training, I just have a natural ability to draw. After high school, I received an education in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Dallas were I earned an Associates Degree. I've worked in different segments of the graphics arts industry for many years. My experience ranges from graphic design to computer animation. But my true love is fine art.
