This is a small study study of Green Pears in a basket. The goal for me in a painting like this is to focus on the relationship of colors, shapes and composition next to each other in order to determine if I would like to make this painting more of a finished piece of artwork.
About Lewis Bowman
I was born in Fort Worth, TX. At the early age of seven I realized I had a GOD given ability to draw. I have never received any formal training, I just have a natural ability to draw. After high school, I received an education in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Dallas were I earned an Associates Degree. I've worked in different segments of the graphics arts industry for many years. My experience ranges from graphic design to computer animation. But my true love is fine art.
